This special edition iPhone is made by the notorious Amosu and they call this "the first diamond Apple iPhone". The iPhone is encrusted with 420 diamonds totaling 5.65 carats set in 18k white or yellow gold, with a choice of white, black or pink sapphires...and it only costs 41,225$ US.
